Vertical scrollbar on mobile device

Iโ€™ve not seen vertical scrollbar. How can I do fast scrolling to the bottom ?

Any settings, please advise.

Manual scrolling by swiping is the only option of which Iโ€™m aware.

That depends entirely on the user and the capabilities of their device.

I donโ€™t think so. No matter how much capacity a device has, it would take forever to reach the 10,000th row.
