Weekly Schedule reports based on column values; needs to be in XSLS format

Getting one email per row instead of all rows with the specified filters in just one file thru a workflow expression. The idea is to get a weekly report for specific customers sent out automatically, i can’t seem to figure it out. I have spent over 48 hours on this.
