Weird Date format

I am getting very strange date formats, that look like this:

I’ve double checked all my formatting and localisation options, nothing points to any issues. All of the dates in my app look like this. I am looking for a dd/mm/yyyy format.

What does the stored value look like? Screenshot of spreadsheet?

Well, you guessed it. Stored value wasn’t a date field. I updated to all the date column in google sheets to be Date and it fixed the formating in the app. Thanks for the tip.
