White Label still shows Appsheet.com in the header

Hello, I recently released a white labeled public app but can still see the โ€œAppsheet.comโ€ in the header. Do we not have the same white label functionality with the web capability on a phone. This is not visible on Android but clearly visible on iPhone.

Are you running the app in a browser, rather than as the native app? If in the browser, itโ€™s the browser thatโ€™s displaying the domain. AppSheet canโ€™t control that aspect of the browser.

They could however get us custom subdomains that would fix this.

Hi Grant is this currently possible?

Nope. Just a ploy to get subdomains as a feature. You cut experiment with having your app embedded in an iFrame on your own domain.

@Grant_Stead

Is there any chance subdomains can be added as a feature? We already use embedded iframes in web-pages, but only for unsure applications. As part of white-labelling we would like to try the subdomain route for the secured applications we offer.

There appears to be a number of threads running in the Community forum on this very subject. Hence this post.

I wish!
Put in a feature request, Iโ€™ll give it a vote!

Ok sounds like a plan.

@Daisy_Ramirez Does this app require login? I want to publish a truly public app with no login required but it sounds like that is not possible with White Labeled apps. From what I am finding, White labeled apps require a per user licensing fee - which totally defeats my purpose for making a Public app where I pay a monthly fee for UNLIMITED Users.

Thanks for your input.

Hi Lucinda, so sorry for the delay. We have used white label with a publisher pro account in the past - no sign on but I do remember the issue above. For iPhone AppSheet was clearly displayed on the browser. Iโ€™m not sure if white label on publisher pro has changed with the new pricing model.

Hope all is well

Thanks!
