Why can't I add new table?

Hi, I got this error when I tried to add a new table (source) for a new function.

I keep refreshing and adding it again but still getting this error.

Does AppSheet have limited the number of tables that can be added? 

For reference, this table is in the same Excel sheet that I've been using for my app. I just added a new tab, then added the table once its available to be selected. But I get this error instead.

Can someone shed some light pls?
