Why does this map open up over a certain location instead of opening up bigger?

I have an app that i use a map view. I have noticed that the default view it opens up to always seem to be more zoomed in than other apps i built with same map view. Any reason why?

This is another app that i use EXACT same map view and it opens up more zoomed out (which is what i want):
