Why doesn't the image appear in the body of the email?

I was trying to understand the reason of the images uploaded from my Appsheet doesn't show in the body of the email. What makes me curious is that when I run a test, the e-mail recieved show all the images, but when I make a real update the it just left a blank space in place of the images...
I have a child table where the images are uploaded.
Also, I read the documantation "other attachments" and it gots me a bit lost, someone here can help me?

The body of email require to put <img src=""/> expression.

Send an email from an automation

The problem was with sincronization, I had to creat an action to only send the e-mail after a child record is added
