Why the condition in my select non function?

These are my tables:
Buisness(Empresa) table:

The virtual Column from IQ table:

I put the condition ([Empresa]=[_THISROW].[Empresa]) but it didnโ€™t function.
Why the condition show all names(nombre from Empresa)?
How to repair my problem?

You just need to de-ref it:

[Empressa].[Nombre]
