Workflow Email Deadspace

Hi Community,

I wonder if anyone would know:

1. Why?
2. How to remedy?

There is all of this white space (red border) between the top of the email and the start of the report.

The google doc hasn’t any header space and the report starts at the very top of the doc too.

Yet there is a great amount of space in the email once received.

Check the margins of your template?

The margins were already set to 0 but I have just changed the paper size to ‘Letter’ and this seemed to remedy the issue.
