Hi everyone, I was wondering which was the best way to preview a PDF file from a workflow within the app, because until now I have to send it to my email to check it. I already read the โSave File Archivingโ but I would like to being hable to press a button and that the PDF open within the app, is that possible?

If you create two different Workflow/actions where the 1st one just saves the PDF and the 2nd one generates it and sends it. When the file is created, you could preview it from the file column if you set the option โDisable Timestampโ as ON. When you use your own file name for the PDF, you can find it from your data source and show it.
