action problems and notification via line

I made a repair notification app. And I made a notification in Automation where Process uses Call a Script.
But when sending it, it doesn't send automatically. Now is if to alert You have to press the Send radio button in order to be notified via Line.

what i want is when pressing the record button And columns with the option to send will be automatically selected. and the message will be sent online

I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want the automation to trigger when a form is saved?
