can an google apps script trigger a automation who send notification in appsheet?

one of my database tables is a google forms.
when a new response is made by google forms, the notification is not triggered.
When a new response by the app, the notification is triggered.

Is it possible to call a script that, upon noticing the form's response, asks the appsheet to send a notification? how to do this?
