Please assist- can't sync "Unable to fetch app definition. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

hi I'm getting the above error when trying to load the app, after deleting duplicate system tables like _Internal_SuggestionsTable2, DisplayThemeTable2, font families 1 , font families 2, and other similar duplicate system tables.

I've tried reverting to an earlier version but still can't load the app.
