hide my list after adding new row

need help here, i creating an event registration app 

under VIEWS, i only want single primary navigation which is showing my upcoming events only.

after click in my particular event, i create a virtual table link to my registration list.

i would like to let the user to add (register) new  participants (names, ages, receipts) but i don't want the user see the list after they added.

any way to solve this issue? or any extend sharing for below thoughts? steps?
1)create a button link to my registration list under particular event? instead of show the list?

2)set privacy? only see their name?

3)using slice to hide everything?

Issue solved.

i go to security under table setting and check "filter out all existing rows"
