how to i change the action position?

hi, i'm trying to make a menu for my app and i just need to put the action below the name column, but, i can't manage to do that

It needs to be the Primary, but if it has something to do with rows, it won't show the action.

if i put it on primary, it will not appear the name of the action

Add another column to your view with the action name and then change the postion as "Inline". Then it doesn't need to show the action name.
