Hello all,
Is anyone aware of options to make it easier to upload files from iPhones? Or can I make this a feature request? On an Android I can browse anywhere on the phone to upload a file but the iPhone just opens iCloud Drive and does not seem to have an option to navigate elsewhere. So any files or pictures that our users want to upload have to be copied to iCloud first, which is a hassle.

It opens the last folder you were using which in your case is in iCloud. Just click on Explore then choose "On my phone".

So when doing that, I just see a single folder with my voicemails. It doesn't allow me to browse to any other apps / items. However we decided we no longer need this functionality and can just stick to images which will give us a better browse experience. I'll make your answer as solution because perhaps it will help others.
Thanks. I agree regarding images. I'd like just to say I'm an iphone user and from my app File columns I can navigate to any folder on my iPhone. In the same view where you have "iCloud Drive" and "On my phone", you might want to scroll down and check the "Downloads" folder.
