"App Not Found" App Error- The app you're looking for isn't here

My app has been working well, however, I opened it today and I saw an error message saying

“App Not Found. The app you’re looking for isn’t here. Try contacting the app owner who sent you the link”

I am the app owner and I am signed in with the email I established this app with, so I am very confused. One of my app users reported the same issue. The app is running fine on my computer (under the same email). Could anyone help me fix this error?
