The program has not been working for the third day. The day before, everything was fine, and on Monday, in the editor, when syncing the preview of the application and in the application itself, it writes: parsererror.
On Monday, I contacted the support service, but so far only "We are working on your problem.". Has anyone found a solution?
What we tried didn't help:
- Regenerate the structure of all tables
- Delete unnecessary tables and reports
- Reduce the size of the largest tables
- Make a copy of the application
- Remove the last entered formulas and virtual columns
- Open the editor and the application from different browsers
- Deleting all user settings
- Stopping bots and parts of processes
- Disabling formatting rules
etc..
For the third day, my work is on pause, tasks are accumulating at a terrible rate. Does anyone know what else could be the cause of such a bug?
