"Wait for condition" question

My Bot executes on a data change event.
Within my first step in my process I am looking to use the “Wait for a condition”.
I am trying to have the system wait a certain amount of time before executing the next step.
The expression I am using does not seem to work.
TIMENOW() - Time([Timestamp]) = “000:30:00”
How do I write an expression that waits 30 min before going to the next step?
