"show if" question

I am in the process of making a form for submitting info. I want to ask some question based on answers given. Do I have to add the the “show if” statement to each row of data? And can I show and question based on multiple answers. I have figured out the show if when kind of fruit = apple. What if I want the question to be asked if the answer for kind of fruit is apple OR banana OR grape. What would that expression look like. Currently I am using [Fruit Type]=“Apple”
