restrict column edit while allowing to show

Hi all

I want to restrict column edit of my Appsheet app to specific user email WHILE also allowing all other users to see the column value but will not be able to edit.

For example if I have 3 users

1- Emma

2- Sally

3- Malak

I will set only (Emma) to edit

while (Sally and Malak) can still see the column value.

I have tried below solution but the problem is that the column was hidden from all users except the one who is allowed to perform edits.
