Hi. 

I am trying some application with less than 10 users. 

Question1 : Is there some deadline for my testing? 

Question2 : Could I deploy an app with less than 10 users and continue with the starter plan? or I need to upgrade my plan for deploying.

1 = No

2 = From what I can tell, Appsheet want you to start paying for licenses once you have users that are using it

Hello . I am a beginner and for the first time creating my inventory management application in app sheet .  Can you please help me with below sir : 


1 ) I wanted to check if just STARTER or CORE plan will suffice my requirements .As only 1 or max 3 people will be using this app to update the data .

2 ) Can the related Google sheets ( of inventory managment I have created ) be updated manually too from back end   , if we have issues with created App please ? . Will all the formulas work same as how it does in app . 

3 )  Once I’m done with creating app, can I add extra columns ( to existing Google sheets ) or add extra page to sheets ? Will this change the way INVENTORY APP works , which is already create please ?

2a = Yes and no.  You always have the option to manually put data into the spreadsheet.  But Appsheet won't see it unless you do a manual sync or it does a background sync (every 30mins or so)

2b = A formula in Appsheeet isn't going to run if you just type data into the spreadsheet.  But Google Sheets formulas are very similar.  Note though that you cannot have a spreadsheet formula and an Appsheet formula running on the same column.  

3 = Yes you can always add extra column and pages (Tables) at any point.  You just have to either add the table or regenerate the columns to get the new ones to show up.

You can use an app for free if its marked for personal use, 3 users max. I do this with my family apps
