Hi,
the billing account for our project had been suspended as Google required extra documentation regarding our payment method. After the document were sent, we first received an email saying Google would verifiy the submission (about 12 hours ago), then another email (about 30 minutes later) saying that the documents were approved and that payment was reinstated.
But when we go the the console, we're stuck on the "request an appeal" page, while clicking on "verifiy payment" doesn't lead anywhere, and our billing account is still closed. Is there a way to solve this? Did this happen to anyone else?
thanks
Solved! Go to Solution.
Got it working.
go to, and create new billing account.
https://console.cloud.google.com/billing
go through the process. once it is in active state after image uploads and all.
go to project and it will ask to change or manage billing, change to your new billing and it should ask few things and in an hr or so you have your account active
The same issue with me
After uploading the required docs I got an email saying "Your Google payments are now active", it's been more than 24 hrs now to this email.
Can't even raise a support case as it again navigates to "request an appeal"
Also, I started the server, and now I can't use it, it's just wasting my free time.

Hi, I'm kind of in your situation. Did something bad happen after you did this? I'm using Google Maps as well. Please do let me know
For anyone that suffers from this, what I did was contact support and they reinstated the account.
Thanks, it worked!
