Google play internal testing

Dear Team,
I uploaded an app into the google play console but I cannot see my app when I go into the link and I want to do internal testing without publishing so is there any way to do internal testing without publishing my app and please give me the reason why I cannot see my app within the link.

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Even if it's an internal testing, an app is considered published if its status is under internal, open or closed testing. It is not possible to do an internal testing without publishing the app. In addition, please note it may take a few hours for your test link to be available to testers. If you publish additional changes, they may not be available for testers for several hours. For more information, you may check this reference in the Play Console Help center.
