Flag objects with a descriptive comment

It would be helpful to see at a glance which objects have anything entered in their Descriptive comment property. For example, there could be something like a comment icon in the object's header bar. Currently multiple clicks and scrolling are necessary just to see whether there's even anything entered in a descriptive comment.

There are multiple use cases. Here's one. I've found that a critical use of the Descriptive comment property that is available for many objects (although not columns!) is to note something is in progress. For example, I'm often noting things like "Temporarily changed this action's condition to false while I test new action xyz in its place." The purpose of those comments is to remind me what deprecated pieces or temporary byproducts need to be cleaned up after I finalize an approach--or, alternatively, need to be reverted to their original state when the potential new approach doesn't pan out. It's unreliable to remember every object that I commented along the way, and it's tedious to have to expand every one to reference whether I commented it. An indicator in the object's header bar would save me time and reduce the risk of overlooking something.
