Using TEXT() command to format date/time results in a brut text losing the date/time information, increasing complexity for app creator and forcing them to use two different columns one for display and one for relevant date/time calculations.
It would be useful to have a Format field in the column's configuration where we can enter the desired display format. Alternatively this field can be added as an option in Format Rules.

This idea can be further extended to allow formatting for any column value by including a generic Display Format field in the column configuration or Format Rules that can accept an expression.
