Web-App Push Notifications

It would be great if Appsheet could directly provide a push notification service to send to desktop users.

Going through a 3rd party can become a little tricky and takes a lot of time to get right.
(not that I have yet)
Appsheet have made creating notifications to send to mobile devices really easy and I think it would be great if it could be as easy to create desktop push notifications in the same way.

In the workplace, it is sometimes the case where users are out gathering and updating data whilst having a central hub monitoring and sending tasks to users, but if the central hub isn’t using a mobile device the only way to be notified is via email.

Just adding my support to this thread.

I feel like Appsheet could do something close to this pretty easily if they modify how the "chat" notification works.  I.e. being able to send a chat to users to "notify" them of something on desktop is pretty close to having a push notification on mobile.  If App sheet allowed sending chats to users using an expression regardless of having a chat app deployed or not.  This would help achieve this , at least for those using it within the entire Google Workspace ecosystem.

This is a crucial module/functionality to have in any modern enterprise level system/application. I'm able to go around this using combine api call and creating chrome extension app (not ideal because users have to install more external app). A straight forward in Appsheet implementation will be ideal and prefered.
