How do I access GCP Console through Private Link without Internet access ?

I have private link (InterConnect) between my Onpremise DC and GCP Cloud. I would like to access Google Cloud console without going to internet as I have my direct link with GCP. Is there any way ,the way Compute instances on GCP with private IPs can access GCP resources without internet using PGA enabled ( private google access ). I would like to access GCS Bucket via GCP Console without using internet !
