Here is my Google Cloud skill boost #QwicklabsExpress! Quest challenge completion details and experience.
Question: “What’s one new thing you learned from the badge?”
Answer: I took the lab course of Google Cloud Baseline Infrastructure in which I have learned the following great things.
- I learned how Google Cloud Pub/Sub service allows applications to exchange messages reliably, quickly, and asynchronously.
- I learned how to create a Pub/Sub topic, publish to the topic, created a subscription, then use the subscription to pull data from the topic.
- I learned how Google Cloud IAM unifies access control for Cloud Platform services into a single system to present a consistent set of operations.
- I learned how to monitor a Google Compute Engine virtual machine (VM) instance with Cloud Monitoring.
- I learned how to create and deploy a Cloud Function using the Cloud Platform Console.
Winning and not winning is another thing in this challenge but one thing I can clearly say is that I have learned many new things in this Quest and gained a good amount of knowlegde and all thanks to the Google cloud skill boost program due to which we are able to learn new things.

I learnt how to use the Explore interface to retrieve data published by Look ML developers after finishing the Looker quest. In this course of my journey, I acquired the essentials of data exploration in Looker, including dimensions and measures, filtering and pivoting, merging explorations, and using advanced functions.
I do like GCC programs they to good they give us knowledge and swage for learning with them and yes its very very good and nice opportunity

It was wonderful experience to work hands-on practice with google cloud
I have learned writing Cloud Shell commands and deploying your first virtual machine, to running applications on Kubernetes Engine or with load balancing and also i learned how to use Cloud Shell, create and deploy virtual machines in Compute Engine, run containerized applications on Google Kubernetes Engine, and configure network and HTTP load balancers.
I hope that i get some exciting SWAGES that will motivate me for future challenges and also help in learning new things .

With these labs, I have learnt about how to create vm from console as well as from cloud shell,
creating load balancer to distribute load across multiple instances and find unhealthy servers with health checks, working with docker, deploying and working with Jenkins in Kubernetes Engine to enable a CI/CD pipeline.
With the help of above quests,
I understood how to design and establish elastic, fault tolerant, reliable, secure and highly available infrastructure on
google cloud platform.

this is my first time that i have completed(develop and manage cloud environment) the labs fully .
I come in with little prior cloud knowledge, and come out with practical experience that I can apply to my first Google Cloud project. Cleared my doubts regarding the basic concepts of GCP also. so many insights from this lab.
