Hi, i'm currently studying and gathering all my knowledge on the ACE exam so i can make a really long summary from the Docs, however there are somethings that are mentioned in the study guide that are deprecated.

Do i also learn these or learn the variants.
examples include:

VPN to HA VPN
Deployment Manager to Infrastructure Manager

Hope your preparation for the exam is going well.

Based on my experience of taking the ACE Exam and then rest of the google certifcations. It's better to study for both Deprecated and current products as well, because I have seen sometimes they put questions about it in the exam.

Having some basic overview of Deprecated products is nice, you don't need to go through them in detail.

For VPN to HA VPN, according to Google Cloud's documentation, GCP supports VPN in two types, HA VPN and Classic VPN. G...

The same is for Deployment manager because it has support going till 31st of December 2025. So learn for that one as well.

So make sure to learn for both!
