This challenge lab had issues with pulling the data before, but it is now working fine. Since you mentioned that you have already tried it five times, you might have exceeded the lab quota. I suggest contacting Qwiklabs chat support and ask them to refresh your lab quota or address any other concerns you may have so they can assist you.

To contact a chat support specialist for help, follow these steps:

1. Click the ? icon (Help) in the top right corner.
2. Click the Chat support
3. Select the User Query
4. Select Lab Quota
5. Fill out the required information and provide the URL or title of the lab.
6. Wait for at least 3-5 minutes for a support agent to join the conversation. This depends on the volume of chat support requests.
