GSP-1154 Image quality issue

Hello, 

While going through the lab Get Started with Vertex AI Studio in GSP-1154 there is an issue with the image quality when used in the Vertex AI studio. The AI does not recognize any details in the image hence the exercise becomes futile. 

I've tried to download it multiple ways but it does not seem to help.
