How do I verify status of my Arcade facilitator enrollment?

Hi all. I submitted the Google enrollment form and received a confirmation email. However I realized I provided a wrong public profile URL (associated with another email) instead of my current email, but I was indeed able to receive the confirmation email as well as 600 credits on my current, correct account.

Can somebody from the official team verify if my enrollment into the facilitator program is sucessful?
