Query about arcade insider mail

Hey, i am new to arcade.. I received arcade insider mail containing free credits to participate in previous month.  But haven't received any arcade insider mail this month.FAQs in arcade page suggested that arcade subscribed users will get monthly insider mail. So is there a point I am missing or insider mail is only one time thing?

The Arcade Insider email arrives once per month but not on a fixed day, so you need to be more patient. The current month will still last a while.
