I still have 4 points left even after claiming my favorite swags. And I have friends who are still left with 1 or 2 points upon claiming their remaining swags.
Can you please add any other swags (like stickers) so that we all claim the leftover points ?

I participated in the arcade and was fortunate enough to receive the unique code associated with the prize, but unfortunately, I have not received the corresponding unique link to the arcade prize counter. This has left me unable to claim my prize.

Exactly, I received certification link. I dont want that. I want to claim swags. I have 61 points bro, its all my efforts of last 4 months. 

Arcade can't do this to me!!

Same happened with my brother. He has 55 points and received this voucher code and not swags link.
