Understanding The Arcade Milestones and Prize Redemption Rules

Hello Arcade Players!

We’ve noticed some confusion about how milestones work in the Arcade and when the prize counter opens, so let’s clear things up! 

Key Points to Remember:

1. One Milestone at a Time: You can only redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently at. If you have enough points for multiple milestones, you will be able to redeem swags only from the milestone you are currently in and not from lower or higher milestones.
   
   
2. No Splitting Points: You cannot divide your points to redeem swags from different milestones. Points are specific to the milestone you have reached.
   
   
3. Multiple Swags Guaranteed: Regardless of the milestone you've reached, you're still eligible to receive multiple swags, but you can redeem swags within that specific milestone only!
   
   
4. Points Expiring Soon: Arcade Points expire after each prize counter. So be sure to make the best use of them and redeem your well deserved swags when the prize counter opens! 

Example:
If you are at the Premium+ Milestone (60+ points), you can redeem swags from the Premium+ Milestone only. Even if you have 75 points, you cannot split your points into 10+25+40 and redeem swags from the Standard, Advanced and Premium Milestone.

These rules are designed to keep the system fair and manageable, ensuring everyone has a clear and equal opportunity to enjoy the rewards.

Can I choose which bag to take  from the standard and advanced milestone?

No,if you have points between 10 to 24 you can only redeem standard tier SWAGS And if you have points between 25 to 39 you can only redeem advance tier SWAG .( you cannot choose swag from different tiers)

No, only normal tier SWAGS can be redeemed if you have points between 10 and 24. You can only redeem advance tier SWAG if your point total falls between 25 and 39. Items from various tiers cannot be selected.

40 to 60 is a chore (more than 20 points) so that's enough, might as well as take a break next month by doing real study for certifications.

Why changing the rules suddenly, that's not fair. 

I wanted advanced milestone but now I have 44 points, because according to previous announcement I was making 65 points as it said I can make 25+40 combination, what should I do now. 

This announcement should have made before. Please do something or this season will be a waste for me.

Please allow us to claim lower milestones, you can put a criteria to only claim one (not making combination of milestone) but please allow the lower milestones as I want that desk collective please.

Hey @Yugali ,have just a bit of confusion,so if I have 10 points will I get all the swags from the milestone in 10 points? I.e the bag the tshirt and the charging kit ? Or I'll have to reedem each of it individually

At 10 arcade points, you'll automatically unlock the Standard Milestone, enabling you to claim all the swags within that tier. It simplifies the process by eliminating the need to select each swag individually, since there are no specific point requirements for each item.

With 40 arcade points, you can claim all the swags from the Premium milestone. This eliminates the need to select each swag individually, as there is no specific point requirement for each one.

With either 40 or max 59 Arcade points, you can claim all the swags from the Premium milestone Only without needing to select each item individually, as there is no specific point requirement for each Prize item. However, once your accumulated points reach 60 🤩, you will be eligible to get the set of all prizes from the Premium+ milestone Only, not from Premium or any Lower Milestones! I have started my Google Cloud Arcade learning Journey from Jan 2024, have 40+ arcade points , I was really interested to redeem points to buy The Advanced Google Cloud Backpack  which is in the ADVANCED MILESTONE

Are there any Plans to Introduce Backpacks in the Premium or Premium+ Milestone  Category?

Yes, once your accumulated points reach a specific Milestone, you will be automatically eligible for the set of all prizes available at that milestone, but not for prizes from lower or higher milestones.
