arcade points mismatch in mail vs arcade portal

in arcade webpage i am getting i have 23 points but the mail i received has only 21 so what about my 2 points when will i be able to get my full points

Can you attach your public profile link, sometimes the calculator maybe wrong ...

But many people are facing the same issue so Google Cloud only need to clarify and solve this.

i have given the public id to cloud support they said i have 23 points they say many users have flagged same issues
