I joined this December arcade i have also subscribed and opted in . but i have not received any insider email. i have checked my spam emails as well.

 i have only 4 points and 0 credits i need credits to earn points

Unfortunately, the Arcade Insider has not contained lab credits for a while now. Post in the forum to ask for credits or write to someone who offers free credits by direct message.

The prize counter will open in First week of Jan most probably and you will receive the mail with unique link on the opening day of prize counter. The prize counter will be sent out to only those who have earned at least 15 points (Standard Milestone) before Dec 25 (last day of this cohort of 2024).

So make sure that you have earned at least 15 points and subscribed to Arcade also your GCSB profile must be public. All these things must be completed before Dec 25, 2024.
