Error with date filter

I'm new to the tool and I'm currently having trouble using the date filter function. My database is combined and I'm filtering by date but it doesn't return any results. Could you help me?

Hello, I think you don’t need to set a filter to control the date. Looker Studio allows you to manage the date through a "date control." I’ve added it to your table—if you need to adjust the date range, just do it directly using the date control.
