When adding a hyperlink to a text box, if you select "Open link in new tab" and then "Apply" it does not actually apply. When you then click on the link, it will open in the current tab instead of a new one.
Anyone else experiencing this and if so can it be looked at please?
I'm having the same problem, but it's the opposite, I want the link to open in the same tab but it always opens in a new tab. I noticed that if I leave the "Open link in a new tab" option activated, the link doesn't actually open in a new tab, it seems like the function is the other way around. But it only works once, then it opens again in a new tab...
I am having the same issue. It is frustrating when I did not check the option, but clicking the static hyperlink opens a new tab and refreshes data from the data source (this is taking up too many resources on the Internet browser). I hope they fix the bug soon.
Hi everyone, I've checked and hope it will help all of you, you need to edit it twice like tick the open the new tab twice. It worked on my site. Beside that, have you ever tried to create the button, with button it work as normal.
I finally got it.To do this, click to edit the button, then add your -static link-, confirm, then change to -dynamic link- and uncheck >>Open link in new tab<<, then go back to -static link- and test, it will work.
Not working for me either. Not only are the text box hyperlinks not opening in a new tab. When I try to change the formatting of the text, out of the blue colour it defaults to or remove the underlining, the link disappears from half of the text. Very Annoying!
