hello! The scheduled reports from Looker Studio has not worked since November 25th. My team has many reports scheduled to be sent automatically that have been sitting idle for days and our clients are not receiving them. Please, could you give us an estimated return date for this functionality?

If emails are not going to spam, and are not being sent at all, the Schedule automatic report delivery documentation page has some troubleshooting steps that might be good to check.

Hi for myself, the schedule is just refusing to send, the 'send now' button also fails with the 'toast' message stating, 'unable to send report'.

Hello, the reports are NOT going to the spam folder, I have already tried to reconfigure and carry out all the scheduled sending steps, including deleting the old one and creating a new one, but it did not solve the problem. The emails are simply not sent. There are other users who are having the same problem. Do you already have a plan to resolve this issue?
The Datagroup triggering has not been working since November 13, 2024, which has caused scheduled reports from Looker to stop functioning. Please assist in resolving this issue.

Several users are experiencing this same issue with scheduled reports. The best way to get Google's attention is to vote for the issue in the official issue tracker.
