System Error Loading Issue on Desktop

I am facing the issue from Looker Studio in the desktop which is showing data sources are unavailable and system error within huge loading time. When I test it in laptop , it is fine.

There was a global outage with Looker Studio yesterday, but it should be resolved as of late yesterday.
