Since last week, I've been unable to edit any dashboards in Looker Studio. The chart edit panel no longer works properly - I can select a chart type, but none of the other configuration options appear.
I'm also experiencing issues with the menu: it doesn't expand, and the full list of options is squeezed into a tiny box in the upper-left corner of the screen.
While the recent update looks great visually, it has made Looker Studio unusable on my end. I've tried accessing my dashboards through three different browsers, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems?
Same problem here, only happens on one chart though, even going back from zero, creating the same charts makes it break and the data pannel doesnt chow anything after that.
Dealing with the same issue. Hoping an update rolls out soon, so we don't need to rebuild our report. Similar to the commenter, we've tried duplicating pages, starting with a new page, and cloning the report. They don't address the issue. It appears to be related to the first page of the report for us.
Also having the same issue. Trying the change the date range of my bar chart, and the properties are not visible. Tried to duplicate pages, and look at other reports made months ago that use such visualisations and no luck.
We’re experiencing the exact same issue. It only affects bar charts, where the “Setup” and “Style” options are disappearing. Unfortunately, none of the usual fixes—refreshing the page, using incognito mode, or toggling the Properties panel—have worked.
This has made Looker Studio nearly unusable for us, as bar charts are our most frequently used visualization. The only partial workaround we’ve found is to temporarily switch to a different chart type, make the necessary edits, and then switch back to a bar chart. However, this is quite inconvenient and doesn’t allow for full editing functionality.
