Activate chronicle using metadata file

Hey all,

I have a new chronicle instance, how would i activate it using the metadata xml file? I lookedup on the documentation but its fairly generic.

Any help is appreciated.

This is resolved by the google team. SSO was not setup correctly on our google workspace.
