Custom Alert View

Need more Information Around Custom View , 

Custom View 1 with role Tier 1 and custom view 2 with role Soc manger 

Im not able to view these on the alert view section 

need more clarity around this like how to use and which scenarios

@vanitharaj1208 the idea of creating separate views for different roles is to display different views for different teams depending on what they require to work with. 

If you mean when you do not see role selection in configuring Default Alert View, it is designed for all roles as a default view. Therefore, you don't have the option to choose specific roles in there.
