Ms Teams: Send User Message error

Hi,

we have integrated Teams with Google SOAR. The integration is OK, but we'd like to send one message to some users and process the response, using the "Wait For Reply" feature.

When the waiting time ends, the playbook goes on but from the action we cannot access to the response or the message sent. The message we get is "No messages were sent to the provided users in Microsoft Teams", but  the message was sent correctly.

Do you have experience with this integration? Do we need any special configuration?
