I’m trying to enable Security Command Center (SCC) Premium programmatically for my Google Cloud project. However, I couldn’t find a clear way to do this in the documentation. If it’s possible to enable SCC Premium programmatically, could someone guide me on how to do it?

Any code snippets, API references, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.
