The IT department cannot access the mail because the staff set the two-factor authentication and even if the password of the mail is changed, it cannot be accessed,
The employee cannot be contacted because he left the country and there is no way to contact him... in these cases... the email information would be lost or some option in Workaspace Security could be modified so that he can access the email of the company
