Bug: Cannot add Approval when document Locked

When a document is locked, e.g. left over from Approval process that ended up with Rejection, you can add a new Approval. It allows adding, entering all the details, but then fails on submission.

If you unlock the doc, you can add the approval.

There is a bug that either a) you cannot do an approval whilst locked, so do not allow the button to be used, or b) you can, and it is failing.

Probably the best way to get this to the attention of the product team is to use the feedback link built into Docs, under the Help menu:

I have it on very good authority that the product managers do read those submissions, even though they don't respond.

Done, thank you for the advice. I told the support person but they didn't seem to care about reporting a bug...
