Solved: Can't use admin console at all - Page 2

I've tried to contact support via chat or phone. I've tried to delete a user. Tried to add a user. Nothing works -- I only get a continuously loading screen. How can I resolve this?

It's totally ridiculous that I can't reach Google Support by any means.

To me, that starts to feel a whole lot like a cache/cookies/browser plugins issue. Have you tried from a completely fresh, vanilla browser, like Firefox or Edge or Safari instead of Chrome, or at least clear cache and cookies and disable any browser plug-ins, especially ad blockers and similar things?
